Refund policy

Tinted interior and exterior paints, stains and primers, as well as all paint color samples, color swatches and exterior stain samples are not eligible for return or exchange. Please note that on-screen and printer color representations may vary from actual paint colors, and we cannot honor returns or exchanges for digitally misinterpreted colors.

If there is an issue with an order fulfilled directly by Benjamin Moore - Living In Colours, please contact us info@livingincolours.ca so that we can assist you.

You may return most new, unopened merchandise (i.e.: paint brushes and roller covers) within 30 days of delivery to our store for a full refund.
